Terms of Service

The rules and expectations for using GrowZone’s services and platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GrowZone’s website, services, or platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

GrowZone provides in-person and related online services for English practice and professional skills development, including workshops, sessions, and packages offered at partner venues. Specific offerings, schedules, and pricing are described on the platform and may change.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Service is intended for users who can form a binding contract under applicable law. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may need a parent or guardian’s consent.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

  • Bookings: Sessions and packages are subject to availability. Completing a booking constitutes an agreement to pay the applicable fees.
  • Payments: Fees are due as stated at checkout. We use third-party payment processors; their terms also apply. Refunds and credits are governed by our cancellation and refund policy as stated on the platform at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy for the relevant session or package. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees or credits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws or these Terms.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users, trainers, or staff.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Scrape, copy, or misuse content or data from the platform without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.

6. Intellectual Property

GrowZone and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including design, content, and materials. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission. You retain rights in content you submit; you grant us a licence to use it to provide and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific learning outcomes, or that content is complete or current. Participation in sessions and use of venues is at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowZone and its affiliates, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrowZone and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GrowZone operates, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
