Code of Conduct

The standards GrowZone expects from participants, trainers, and partners.

GrowZone exists to create safe, respectful, and productive learning experiences. This code applies across the platform, in partner venues, and during any GrowZone-led activity.

1. Respectful Participation

All GrowZone participants should contribute to an environment that is respectful, welcoming, and constructive. Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, abuse, or repeated disruptive behavior is not acceptable.

2. Professional Behavior in Sessions

  • Arrive prepared to participate in good faith.
  • Respect speaking time, feedback boundaries, and facilitator guidance.
  • Avoid behavior that undermines the learning experience for the group.

3. Venue Etiquette

  • Respect the rules, staff, and atmosphere of partner venues.
  • Use the space responsibly and avoid behavior that harms the venue relationship.
  • Follow any reasonable instructions provided by the host venue or GrowZone team.

4. Trainer and Partner Expectations

Trainers and partners are expected to model professionalism, create psychologically safe environments, and avoid conduct that is exploitative, discriminatory, aggressive, or misleading.

5. Reporting Concerns

Anyone who experiences or witnesses conduct that may violate this policy should contact GrowZone at support@growzone.pro. Reports should include enough detail for review where possible.

6. Enforcement

GrowZone may investigate reported issues and take action that it considers appropriate, including warnings, removal from a session, suspension of access, or termination of participation or partnership.

7. Relationship to Other Policies

This Code of Conduct complements GrowZone's Terms of Service and any applicable venue or program rules. Where multiple standards apply, users are expected to follow the stricter or more protective requirement.
